Privacy Policy.

Dealing with someone's whereabouts is sensitive information. We understand this. It is possible to offer a reputable app that respects the privacy of its users and does only what it says. This is what we're doing here.

• No email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or IDs are ever requested from participants.
• No tracking: The app only uses location for less than 1 second when the check-in button is tapped.
• No data selling: We have no way of even identifying or contacting those checking in.

Our app is not a person-tracker. It does not stay active on a phone tracking location.

• Stays Frozen: The app remains inactive until the "Check me in" button is tapped.
• Visual Proof: The iOS/Android location icon only appears for a brief moment during the check-in.

• 1-Second Use: Location data is used for under 1 second to verify presence, then immediately discarded.
• Never Stored: A participant's physical location (coordinates) is never stored on our server.

The website is only for group leaders to manage events. Participants never need to create an account or use the website.

• Minimal Cookies: We only use a session cookie for logged-in leaders. No tracking cookies for visitors.
• Encrypted: All communication is secured with industry-standard HTTPS encryption.
• Private Rosters: Names entered by participants are only visible to the specific group leader.
