Verify your group without ever storing their actual names on our server.
Youhere's convenience is undoubtedly the paperless check-ins with instant, online reports. Here's an example report showing successful check-ins:
But you may have privacy concerns. We stand by our privacy policy, but we get it: your organization may have strict rules about storing names. Core Privacy allows you to totally anonymize your roster, turning names into random codes only you can decipher.
To use Core Privacy, have your participants enroll as usual. In your roster view, click the More dropdown and select Core privacy.
You have three ways of scrambling names:
To decipher your roster, participants tap More then Who am I? in their app to see their unique hash:
They provide this hash to you privately, allowing you to build your own translation key. Since this exchange is only between you and them, we have no way of identifying anyone on your roster.

From a data-privacy perspective, your roster loses all face-value. Even if unauthorized parties accessed it, they would only see random words and hashes.
